Terms and Conditions Agreement for Gambling King

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of Gambling King (“Service”) provided by www.gamblingking.com, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

● You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

● You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

● You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

● You must respect the rules regarding the reward programs and not abuse the reward system which includes but is not limited to:

○ Creating multiple accounts;

○ Creating and verifying account using third party services (temporary or disposable emails);

○ For the integrity of our community and the authenticity of the gaming experience, Gambling King strictly prohibits the submission of unverified or fake wins. All wins must be accompanied by credible proof, such as a replay, video, or equivalent evidence. Failure to provide such verification will result in the removal of the win post and may lead to account suspension. We are committed to ensuring that all shared content reflects genuine gaming achievements.

○ Gambling King strictly forbids posting or sharing of any content that is hateful, pornographic, promotes criminal/illegal activity, or glorifies drug/alcohol use. Violation of this policy will result in immediate content removal and may lead to permanent account suspension. We enforce this rule to maintain a positive and welcoming community for all users.

○ Spamming or the use of Bots on Gambling King;

○ There will be a human-manual review of all reward payouts to ensure that there is no nefarious actions in the obtaining of the reward, this may take time, and the user understands this;

○ Redemption options and availability may be subject to change without notice;

○ Rewards have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

3. Intellectual Property

● All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to us.

● You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Limitation of Liability

9. User Account Deletion

Gambling King reserves the right to remove you from all our platforms in the event of a violation of Community guidelines. Deleting your profile means that all your information (posts, news, images, private data) will be permanently removed.

10. No Spam

Gambling King is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of its users and does not tolerate spam in any form. Spam, as defined by this policy, includes unsolicited commercial communications, such as promotional emails or messages, sent to individuals who have not explicitly consented to receive such communications.

Gambling King will not engage in the practice of sending spam or facilitate the sending of spam by third parties through its platform. We will take appropriate measures to prevent spamming activities, including implementing technical safeguards and utilizing anti-spam tools.

Users who believe they have received spam from Gambling King or its affiliates are encouraged to report such instances to our support team for investigation and appropriate action.

Gambling King reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in spamming activities without prior notice, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

11. Community Behavior

D. Spam and Self-Promotion: Do not engage in spamming or self-promotion that is unrelated to the community’s interests. Contributions should add value to discussions and the community as a whole.
